Totem Middle School

Visual Fine Art/ STEM Art is a 7th and 8th grade mixed course. Students will begin with lessons on the fundamentals and basic skills in the Fine Arts field. The scope and sequence of the overall program is designed to expose students to several mediums, tools and styles of art that are aligned with the WA State Arts standards.  In addition, projects will be tied to historical and cultural influences when applicable, as well as making connections in areas that are relevant to daily life and today’s youth.  Please visit the “course syllabus” link below for a more detailed overview of the course.
